TEfra-UK network operates throughout the main Cruise ports based here in the UK. Our customer undertaking and aim is very simple as you can call us up to 4 days before departure of the ship so just pack your case we will collect and then let your holiday start from the time  you leave your front door to the time you arrive onboard in your cabin. Let us carry your heavy luggage and bags to and from the  boat so you have piece of mind without the effort of carting and lifting luggage as you travel.

Our prices per suitcase and route - the maximum weight limit per bag is 25 Kilos maximum.

Please note for departures and arrivals to and from Dover a £10.00 additional cost applies. 

Please make sure that you send only modern build suitcases or travelling bags not exceeding a weight limit of 25 Kilos and that all item's are securely locked and the keys kept with you at all times. Don't forget that TEfra-UK gives you a standard GBP1000 cover per booking in the price on acceptance that you ensure security seals pre sent in the label pack are securely applied to each item as instructed when dispatching from your home to cabin. In the absence of security seals not be applied by you upon collection normal CMR insurance will apply at 8.33 SDR per Kilo. Upon disembarkation we will apply fresh seals on the return leg for you to be reunited with your belongings, make sure you valuables, and medicines are packed outside the case and carried in your hand luggage, for further information please refer to our terms and conditions or call.
